Das hab ich in Kommentaren einer anderen Seite gefunden:

"There was a security update recently (KB5001404) that updated Windows/System32/appsvc.exe. Basically, regardless of the privacy settings in office, the exe does a check and presents the nag screen and notification. Deactivating and Reactivating will remove it but only temporary (a few days at most). Not sure if using a firewall on 'appsvc.exe' will elevate the issue. It's not an answer but I hope a reason helps."
